台灣首部忠實呈現漁民文化的HD影像紀錄
《戰浪》是台灣首度以高畫質HD，忠實記錄傳統漁民生活，深入台灣東南部台東縣成功鎮漁港，關注海洋，貼身記錄當地十分獨特罕見的傳統鏢旗魚手的生命故事，帶領觀眾身歷其境，感受這群最後的傳統漁民，在海上鏢旗魚的高超技術與艱困的討海生活，也進一步探討逐漸消失鏢魚文化與永續漁業資源等議題。
